Mr. Konezny joined our company December, 2014, as President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining us he was Vice President, Global Transportation and Logistics division of Trimble Navigation Limited, a global provider of navigation and range-finding equipment and related solutions. He had served in that role since September 2013. Prior to this position, he served from August 2011 to September 2013 as the General Manager of this division and as the Chief Executive Officer of PeopleNet, Inc., after PeopleNet was acquired by Trimble in 2011. Mr. Konezny was a founder of PeopleNet where he held a variety of executive positions since 1996, including Chief Technology Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and, from September 2007 through PeopleNet’s acquisition by Trimble, Chief Executive Officer. PeopleNet is a leading provider of telematics solutions for the transportation industry. Mr. Konezny also presently serves on the board of directors of I.D. Systems, Inc.

Mr. Konezny has extensive experience in the wireless M2M industry working with solutions comprised of hardware and cloud-based applications. He brings extensive leadership experience in corporate strategy, manufacturing, operation, technology, finance and business development to the Board. Mr. Konezny was the 2009 winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® award in the Technology category.

Dr. Khanuja has been a member of our Board since June 2013. He has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of DataSphere Technologies, Inc., an online marketing company, since 2008. Dr. Khanuja served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development of Second Space, Inc., an online services company operating a network of immersive lifestyle-oriented web sites, from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, he held a variety of roles at Amazon.com from 1996 to 2006, including Vice President IMDb.com and Amazon In-Theater and Vice President, Worldwide Traffic. Before joining Amazon.com, Dr. Khanuja was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company from 1998 to 1999.

Dr. Khanuja provides the Board with extensive leadership experience in marketing, operations and strategy. His role in the development of internet-based businesses is very valuable as the Company develops Device Cloud by Etherios™ and cloud-based application solutions such as The Social Machine®.

Ms. Roberts has served as our Vice President of Human Resources and Information Technology since March 2005 and has been employed by the Company since June 1999. Prior to joining us, Ms. Roberts served as the Director of Human Resources at Novartis Nutrition Corporation where she served the medical nutritional business unit. Prior to her time at Novartis, Ms. Roberts had an extensive career with Cray Research (now Silicon Graphics) including various roles with Human Resources and Marketing.

Mr. Nyland joined Digi in 1993 as Manager of Manufacturing and Test Engineering. He served in roles of increasing responsibility until he was promoted in April 1999 to his current position of Vice President of Manufacturing Operations. Prior to joining us, from 1985 to 1993, Mr. Nyland held engineering and consulting positions with ITT Corporation, Minnesota Technology and Turtle Mountain Corporation.

Mr. Young joined our company in July 2000 as Vice President of Engineering and was named Vice President of Research and Development and Chief Technical Officer in November 2005. In October 2006, Mr. Young was named Senior Vice President of Research and Development and Chief Technical Officer. Prior to joining us, Mr. Young served as a Vice President for Transcrypt International, a provider of encryption products, in various engineering, sales and marketing positions from February 1996 to June 2000. Before that, he held various engineering and management positions at AT&T and AT&T Bell Laboratories from 1986 to 1996.

Mr. Riley joined our company in January 2013 as Senior Vice President of Sales. Prior to joining us, Mr. Riley served as Senior Vice President – Global Markets for Infor Global Solutions, where he led four global business units to profitable growth. Prior to his time at Infor, he was Vice President and General Manager to Oracle from September 2008 to January 2010 and President of Global Knowledge Software from September 2002 to September 2008, when Global Knowledge Software was acquired by Oracle. He has also served as President and Chief Operating Officer for Learn2 Corporation. Mr. Riley is a graduate of Old Dominion University where he graduated with a BS in Business Administration.
