Digi International Announces Management Change

MINNEAPOLIS, March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Digi International Inc. (Nasdaq: DGII) today announced that Dino G. Kasdagly, Senior Vice President of Development, has resigned from the company, effective March 19 for personal reasons. He joined the company in this position in October, l997.

"We appreciate Dino's contributions to the company and wish him well in his new endeavors," said John P. Schinas, Chairman of Board and interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Digi International.

The company will engage a national search firm to conduct a search for Kasdagly's successor.
